The U.S. Embassy currently uses only one courier company to provide a round-trip service, bringing your materials to the U.S. Embassy then bringing your processed documents back to your door. These companies provide an on-line tracking of your documents to and from the Embassy for your convenience.
For more details about the courier service (cost, time to schedule a pickup, etc.), please contact the courier company directly. The courier may also request a payment in advance, or on a Collect on Delivery (COD) basis.
Note: Do NOT send passports or documents through courier service (even Ilyang) located in convenience stores! They do not use the same tracking system.
You can also take advantage of the courier system for a one-way trip. You can schedule an appointment to come to the Embassy to drop off your application materials and fill out a one-way courier delivery slip available at the Embassy. Once the requested document is issued, we will use the delivery slip to return the documents back to you. Delivery charges are paid COD. Please note that the courier companies cannot deliver to APO addresses.
