A: Yes, all routine services require an appointment. Please visit our website to make an appointment.

A: Please refer to our “off-site services” page.  Please note that off-Site Services are reserved for applicants who have or can secure base access only.

A: No, you do not need to bring your appointment confirmation page to enter the U.S. Embassy as long as you have scheduled an appointment online.

A: As we explained on our appointment page, your appointment password is not retrievable. If you can’t show up on your appointment date, your appointment will be automatically cancelled without penalty.   If you lost your password and are unable to change, confirm, reschedule your appointment, please try rescheduling an appointment after 1-2 days when the previous appointment is automatically cancelled in the system.

A : No, notarial services are provided by appointment only.  Notarial needs are not considered to be an emergency.  If you arrive at the Embassy for a notarial service without an appointment, you will not be allowed to enter.
