Description:
Please note that this solicitation is not ready to be issued as of this date. The Embassy of the United States in Seoul, Korea requires the renovation of the Nonimmigrant Visa (NIV) office on the 2nd floor of the Chancery building. The estimated working days is approximately 60 days. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered by the Contracting Officer. The Government plans to issue the solicitation in March 2022. The solicitation will be posted on the Embassy website-no paper copies will be made available. Please see the RFQ for the actual response date and for specific quotation requirements.
All contractors have to be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to contract award pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7. Therefore, prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of quotations/proposals.
