U.S. Consul Nolan Barkhouse attended the Change of Command Ceremony for Commander, U.S. Fleet Activities Chinhae, on August 26 in Changwon City. Consul Barkhouse wished outgoing Commander Michael R. Vaas continued success for his upcoming assignment, and congratulated incoming Commander Preston M. Rackauskas on his assignment as the new base commander.
