(Photo Gallery) Honoring the Sacrifice of the UN Sending States on Armistice Day

On July 27, Consul David J. Jea honored the sacrifice and contributions of the courageous men and women of the UN sending states during the Korean War. Their service gave birth to the Republic of Korea’s freedom, democracy, and prosperity. Many survivors who return to the beautiful UN Memorial Cemetary and UN Peace and Memorial Hall quote John Maxwell Edmonds, “When you go home, tell them of us and say, ‘For your tomorrows, these gave their today.’”
