U.S. Embassy hosts U.S. College Fair for Visual and Performing Arts

EducationUSA, U.S. Embassy Seoul’s official international student advising center, will host a “U.S. College Fair for Visual and Performing Arts” on November 16 from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the Grand InterContinental Hotel Parnas in Seoul. The fair will provide students an opportunity to speak directly with representatives of 17 U.S. colleges and universities, including Berklee College of Music, Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD), and School of Visual Arts (SVA). It will also give students a chance to meet one-on-one with U.S. school representatives, learn more about programs, and receive a free review of the student’s art portfolio. At breakout sessions, university representatives will present seminars on ‘Tips for Creating the Best Art Portfolio’ and ‘How to Build a Career as an Artist,’ where students can receive tips on admissions and discover what career options are available after graduation.

This program is free to attend. Drop-ins are welcome, but registration is highly encouraged. For more information, visit http://educationusa.or.kr/xe/news_educationusa/239287 or contact the EducationUSA Korea team at korea@educationusa.org.
